- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli (fresh or steamed and chopped)

- Prep Broccoli:
- If using fresh broccoli, steam or boil for 3β4 minutes until tender. Drain well and finely chop.
- If using frozen, thaw and squeeze out excess water.

- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), onion, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, and paprika.

- Form Patties:

- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
