π Ingredients:
- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli (steam or microwave until tender)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if needed)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional)
- Oil for frying (vegetable, olive, or avocado oil)

- Prepare Broccoli:
Steam or microwave broccoli until soft. Let cool slightly, then finely chop or pulse in a food processor. - Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix well until it holds together. If too wet, add more breadcrumbs. - Form Patties:
Shape mixture into small patties (about 2β3 inches wide). - Cook:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties for 3β4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. - Drain & Serve:
Remove patties and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side.

- For a baked version, place patties on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 15β20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add a pinch of chili flakes or smoked paprika for extra flavor.
