Good morning all. Thought I would share my 3 point very filling breakfast this morning. Breakfast Banana Split.

1 medium banana = 0

1/2 cup FF cottage cheese = 0

1 Tbs Sugarfree strawberry preserves = 1

1 Tbs Walnuts = 2

2 Tbs Blueberries = 0
