BLACK BEAN CORN SALAD

1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
1 c chopped tomatoes
1/4 diced red onion
2tsp fresh lemon juice
1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
1/2 c green pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 TBSP fresh parsley
Toss and served over shredded chicken, canned chicken, or tuna.
In a large bowl, add all salad ingredients and mix thoroughly.
