Biscuits and Gravy Casserole!

- Vegan friendly canned biscuits
- JUST Egg
- Sausage gravy made with Plant Boss meatless crumbles (not sure where to buy in store; I ordered these from Amazon along with their Chili version)
- Daiya shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9×13 pan. I used an extra deep one and that seemed to work well as the biscuits bubble up. - Cut biscuits into fourths and place on bottom of greased pan
- Pour JUST Egg over the biscuits (I used the whole carton)
- Pour sausage gravy over JUST Egg
- Top with cheese and bake (uncovered) for 35-45 mins. I ended up baking for 40.
How I made my sausage gravy: - Cook Plant Boss crumbles according to package instructions
- Sprinkle 1/4 c flour over the crumbles
- Add 2 c plant milk (I used Silk cashew milk)
- Add cornstarch slurry (~ 1 tbsp cornstarch and a couple tbsp water)
- Stir well and simmer until thickened
