Biscuits and Gravy Casserole!

  • Vegan friendly canned biscuits
  • JUST Egg
  • Sausage gravy made with Plant Boss meatless crumbles (not sure where to buy in store; I ordered these from Amazon along with their Chili version)
  • Daiya shredded cheese
    Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9×13 pan. I used an extra deep one and that seemed to work well as the biscuits bubble up.
  • Cut biscuits into fourths and place on bottom of greased pan
  • Pour JUST Egg over the biscuits (I used the whole carton)
  • Pour sausage gravy over JUST Egg
  • Top with cheese and bake (uncovered) for 35-45 mins. I ended up baking for 40.
    How I made my sausage gravy:
  • Cook Plant Boss crumbles according to package instructions
  • Sprinkle 1/4 c flour over the crumbles
  • Add 2 c plant milk (I used Silk cashew milk)
  • Add cornstarch slurry (~ 1 tbsp cornstarch and a couple tbsp water)
  • Stir well and simmer until thickened
