1 egg
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)
2 tbsp heavy cream (or almond milk)
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp fresh or frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries – chopped)
Optional topping: whipped cream, sugar-free syrup, cream cheese glaze

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ In a microwave-safe mug, whisk egg, butter, cream, vanilla, and sweetener.
2️⃣ Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
