Beef And Broccoli Keto

Ingredients
- 300g beef steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for strict keto)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, check carbs)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp ginger (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the beef
Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Season with salt and pepper. - Cook broccoli
Steam or stir-fry broccoli in 1 tbsp oil for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside. - Stir-fry beef
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds, then add the beef. Stir-fry until browned (about 4-5 minutes). - Add sauce
Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat the beef. - Combine
Add broccoli back into the pan. Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes. - Garnish and serve
Sprinkle sesame seeds or chopped green onions on top (optional) and enjoy hot!
