Banana Split Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

▢1 banana, sliced in half lengthwise

▢1/3 cup lowfat cottage cheese

▢1/4 cup blueberries

▢1/4 cup raspberries

▢1 tablespoon granola (I substituted crushed Barbara’s Morning Oat Crunch)

▢1-1/2 teaspoons sliced almonds

▢1/2 teaspoon honey

Instructions

Place the sliced banana on a plate or in a bowl.

Top with the cottage cheese, raspberries and blueberries.

Sprinkle with cereal and almonds.

Drizzle with honey and enjoy.
