Banana Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, or soy)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- A few ice cubes (optional, if you want it chilled)
Instructions:
- Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
- If using fresh peaches, remove the pits and slice them. If frozen, just add as is.
- Add the banana, peaches, Greek yogurt, and milk into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
- Add ice cubes and blend again if you want it colder.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
