Banana Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • A few ice cubes (optional, if you want it chilled)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
  2. If using fresh peaches, remove the pits and slice them. If frozen, just add as is.
  3. Add the banana, peaches, Greek yogurt, and milk into a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
  6. Add ice cubes and blend again if you want it colder.
  7. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
