Banana Oatmeal Muffins (Weight Watchers-Friendly)

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1/4 cup walnuts or chocolate chips (for extra flavor, optional for higher points)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the oats, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- If desired, fold in walnuts or chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before serving.
