Banana Chips
Ingredients
- Firm Bananas 2
- Lemon Juice 1tbsp
- Olive Oil 2tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Brown sugar, 1tsp
- Salt 1/2tsp
Ingredients Notes
Bananas: I used firm bananas instead of soft ones. Because ripe (soft) bananas will become mushy during air-frying.
Lemon juice: It is used to give a zesty flavor. Both homemade and store-bought lemon juice are effective.
Olive Oil: We used olive oil so chips stuck to the air fryer. Cooking spray is also an option.
Black pepper and salt: Both these items are used as a seasoning.
Brown Sugar: I used this item to add a little sweet flavor.
