Baked Chocolate Chip Protein Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp sunbutter
- 3/4 cup dairy free milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or more)
Directions
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- add all ingredients but the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until a smooth batter forms.
- then, fold in the chocolate chips, transfer to an oven safe ramekin and bake at 350 for 28 minutes.
