Baked Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
- 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Chicken Filling:
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Assemble Crescent Rolls:
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point, tucking in the sides slightly to keep the filling in.
- Prepare for Baking:
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley or Italian seasoning.
- Bake:
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve:
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce like ranch, honey mustard, or marinara!
