baked broccoli cheese balls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the broccoli cheese balls with cooking spray to help them brown in the oven.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the balls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Allow the baked broccoli cheese balls to cool slightly before serving.
