Avocado nutella…


Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons almond butter (or any other nut butter of your choice)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or agave nectar, vanilla extract, almond butter, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more maple syrup or agave nectar if desired.
Transfer the avocado Nutella into a jar or airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
Spread this vegan avocado Nutella on toast, pancakes, waffles, or use it as a dip for fruits like strawberries, bananas, or apple slices.
