Avocado Chips Recipe

 Ingredients:

– 1 large ripe avocado

– 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon lemon juice

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado until smooth.

3. Mix Ingredients: Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado. Mix well to combine. Then, fold in the grated Parmesan cheese until everything is evenly mixed.

4. Shape the Chips: Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop small amounts of the avocado mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them into thin rounds (about 1/4 inch thick). Make sure to leave some space between each chip.

5. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the chips are crispy.

6. Cool and Serve: Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This will help them crisp up even more.
