These Weight Cinnamon Muffins are delicious, easy to make, low in calories, and perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
½ cup sugar
¼ cup margarine melted
¾ tsp ground nutmeg
½ cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup margarine melted
½ cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Prepare 24 cup mini muffin tin.
Spray with cooking spray or line with cup liners.
Preheat the oven to 375° F
Add ½ cup sugar, nutmeg, and ¼ cup margarine in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well. Stir in milk. Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined – Don’t over-mix.
Then fill each mini muffin cup about halfway full.
Bake approx 15 to 20 minutes or until muffins are slightly golden on top.
Prepare topping while muffins bake.
In a mixing bowl, add melted margarine.
In another mixing bowl, add cinnamon and ½ cup sugar.
Mix well. Take muffins out of cups.
Dip them in butter, then roll them in the sugar mix. Let cool.
