Air Fryer Shrimp Fajitas

These air fryer shrimp fajitas are amazing! So full of flavor, easy to make and healthy! This is a perfect low-carb and gluten-free one-pot dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw peeled and deveined tail-off frozen shrimp
  • 2 bell peppers sliced into strips
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder

Instructions

  • Put peppers and onions in the air fryer basket, pour olive oil over them and toss until combined. Add frozen shrimp and chili powder, then toss until everything is combined.
  • Cook shrimp fajitas in the air fryer at 400F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Notes

If using cooked frozen shrimp (not raw), first cook the peppers and onions in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400F, then add shrimp and chili powder, mix to combine and cook for another 10 minutes at 400F.

If using thawed shrimp (not frozen), first cook the peppers and onions in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400F, then add shrimp and chili powder, mix to combine and cook for another 5 minutes at 400F.
