Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli. Crispy edges

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or any other seasoning of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Season the broccoli with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you prefer.
  4. Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Air fry the broccoli for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crisping.
  6. Once the broccoli is crispy and lightly browned on the edges, remove it from the air fryer and serve immediately.
