👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Potatoes
- Peel (or leave skin on) and cut potatoes into even chunks (~1–2 inches).
- Parboil in boiling water for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.
2️⃣ Rough Them Up
- Shake the drained potatoes in the pot to rough up the edges—this helps them get extra crispy.
3️⃣ Season
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional herbs or spices.
4️⃣ Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place potatoes in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
- Cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
- Cook longer for extra crispiness if needed.
5️⃣ Serve
- Sprinkle a little extra salt or fresh herbs on top and serve immediately.
🔥 Tips for Crispy Perfection
- Don’t skip parboiling—it gives fluffy insides.
- Roughing up the edges is the key to crunch!
- Toss halfway to get all sides golden.
- For garlic lovers: add minced garlic in the last 5 minutes so it doesn’t burn.
