AIR FRYER NAKED CHICKEN TENDERS –NO BREADING

Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: your favorite herbs or spices for seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken tenders with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
- Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and any other herbs or spices you like. You can use garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, or any other seasoning you prefer.
- Once the air fryer is preheated, place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Once the chicken tenders are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the naked chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce, such as barbecue sauce, honey mustard, or ranch dressing.
