Air Fryer Recipes



  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: your favorite herbs or spices for seasoning


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken tenders with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
  3. Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and any other herbs or spices you like. You can use garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, or any other seasoning you prefer.
  4. Once the air fryer is preheated, place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
  6. Once the chicken tenders are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the naked chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce, such as barbecue sauce, honey mustard, or ranch dressing.
