Ingredients
NACHO INGREDIENTS
- 1 Individual sized bag Quest loaded nacho chips or chips of choice
- 3/4 Cup Roasted cauliflower Chopped
- 94 grams 96/4 lean taco beef meat or taco meat of choice
- 1/3 Cup Pinto beans Rinsed and drained
- 1/3 Cup Fat free refried beans
- 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
- 1 Cup Shredded iceberg lettuce
RANCH YOGURT DRIZZLE
- 1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
GARNISH
- Cilantro Chopped
Instructions
- First prepare your taco meat as you wish and set aside
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees
- Place the parchment paper into the silicone air fryer liner (optional)
- Add the chips, roasted cauliflower (optional), taco meat, pinto beans, refried beans and cheese into the silicone liner.
- Spray the top of the cheese to help melt (optional)
- Place into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Once done, add the shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo, ranch yogurt and cilantro
