Air Fryer Leftover Stuffing Muffins

How to make the most delicious air fryer leftover stuffing muffins. Loaded with leftover stuffing, turkey, and other holiday dinner sides, they are a perfect way to use up your leftovers.
Tis the season for making great things with leftovers, and these stuffing muffins are a fun thing to make, are great for breakfast, you can freeze them, or why not load them into your packed lunch box?
Stuffing Muffins
Have you heard of stuffing muffins before? The idea is that you make use of your leftover stuffing and other ingredients and make them into yummy muffins.
They are then perfect for the day after Thanksgiving or the day after Christmas, when you have loads of leftovers that need using up and you are looking for something more creative.
Well, stuffing is my favourite leftover recipe and I just can’t stop eating it, even cold from the fridge and I wanted to share with you a simple idea.
An idea that has become my leftover stuffing for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 500 g Turkey Dinner Leftovers
- 6 Large Eggs
- 200 ml Skimmed Milk
- 2 Tsp Chives
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Break up leftovers into small pieces and then load into silicone muffin cups.
- Crack eggs into a jug or bowl, add milk and seasoning and beat well with a fork.
- Pour the egg mixture into the egg cups over the leftovers until ¾ full.
- Load the silicone cups into the air fryer basket.
- Then air fry for 15 minutes at 180c/360f before serving.
Notes
Bowl. You can also load your leftovers into a bowl after dinner and then leave them to cool in the fridge overnight before making stuffing muffins the next day.
