Ingredients (for 4 burgers):

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 recommended for juicy burgers)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce or steak seasoning
  • 4 burger buns
  • Toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard, mayo

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer
    Set to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Make the Patties
    • In a bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
    • Form into 4 equal patties (about ½ inch thick). Press a small indent in the center to prevent puffing.
  3. Air Fry the Patties
    • Place patties in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd).
    • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    • For cheeseburgers: Add cheese slices in the last 1–2 minutes.
  4. Toast the Buns (Optional)
    • Remove patties, then place buns in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes if desired.
  5. Assemble & Serve
    • Add patties to buns, load with your favorite toppings, and serve hot!
