AIR FRYER FRIED EGGS – THE PERFECT EGG EVERY TIME!
This Air Fryer Fried Eggs recipe is my new favorite mess-free way to make fried eggs without babysitting the stove. I love how they turn out beautiful, perfectly round with the yolk done to your liking. If you love fried or sunny-side-up eggs, try the Air Fryer Poached Eggs, and Air Fryer Egg in a Toast.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Large eggs
- Cooking OIl Spray
- Salt & Pepper To taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray the inside of each small cake or pie pan with non-stick cooking spray, then place them inside the air fryer.
Preheat Your Air Fryer for three minutes at 370°F (187°C). If you don’t have a preheat mode on your air fryer, simply run it for 3 minutes with empty dishes inside. This ensures that your eggs will be cooked evenly throughout the cooking process.
Once the air fryer and ramekins are preheated, gently crack the egg into each dish.
Cook The Eggs. Cook on air fry mode at 370°F (187°C) for 3-5 minutes until golden brown on top and cooked through in the center. Start with 3 minutes, then peak at your egg.
Free the Egg! When finished cooking, remove the ramekins from your air fryer basket using kitchen tongs or oven mitts and place them on the heatproof board.Gently separate the eggs out of the ramekins, using a small rubber spatula or spoon. If the eggs are stuck, run a butter knife around the edge of the ramekins. Lift the egg from the ramekin using a large spoon.
Serve & Enjoy! Once the eggs are loose, transfer them to your dish or to a prepared toast. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and serve immediately while still hot! Enjoy your delicious twist on classic fried eggs!
