Air Fryer Corn Ribs

INGREDIENTS
- 2 ears of corn fresh
- 1 Tablespoon butter unsalted
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt Kosher
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- fresh parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take each whole ear of corn, remove from the husk.
- Rub cobs to remove the corn silks from in between the corn kernels and cut off the ends.
- Place corn on the cobs in a microwave safe bowl covered with a damp paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Let corn cobs cool for 5 minutes on a chopping board or until they are cool enough to touch.
- Use a sharp knife and slice into the corn cobs: cut the corn in halves lengthwise, and then cut halves into quarters, to make 4 pieces per cob of corn.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper and dried parsley.
- Brush the corn ribs with the seasoning mixture, coating entire corn rib well.
- In a single layer place the seasoned corn ribs into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking process.
- Top with fresh parsley before serving.
