🧾 Ingredients

  • 6–8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • Optional: salt, pepper, or seasoning to taste

That’s it! Only 2 “official” ingredients, but you can season however you like.


🔥 Instructions

  1. Prep the drumsticks
    • Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
    • Toss with olive oil until lightly coated.
    • Optional: season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, or paprika.
  2. Preheat air fryer
    • Set to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Cook the drumsticks
    • Place drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
    • Cook 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    • Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  4. Crisp finish
    • If you like extra-crispy skin, cook an additional 2–3 minutes at 400°F.
  5. Serve
    • Enjoy immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, salad, or veggies.
