Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to the recommended temperature (usually around 360-400°F or 180-200°C) for 5-10 minutes.
  2. While the air fryer is preheating, prepare the chicken. Brush the chicken breasts or thighs with olive oil and season them with your choice of seasonings. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd it, as this can hinder the air circulation. If necessary, cook the chicken in batches.
  4. Cook the chicken in the preheated air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, flipping it halfway through. Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of the chicken and the specific model of your air fryer. Always use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C) for chicken.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the veggies. Toss them in olive oil and season with your preferred seasonings.
  6. After flipping the chicken, place the seasoned veggies in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re in a single layer.
  7. Continue cooking the chicken and veggies for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, and the veggies are tender and slightly crispy. Again, cooking times may vary depending on your specific air fryer and the thickness of the chicken.
  8. Once everything is cooked to your satisfaction, remove the chicken and veggies from the air fryer. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
