- 2β3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 3β5 small to medium potatoes, diced (about Β½βΒΎ inch pieces)
- 1Β½ cans green beans, drained well
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 stick (Β½ cup) butter, melted

- Prep the ingredients
- Dice chicken and potatoes into evenly sized pieces so they cook evenly.
- Drain green beans completely.
- Mix
- In a large bowl, add chicken, potatoes, and green beans.
- Pour melted butter over everything.
- Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix evenly over the top.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
- Preheat air fryer
- Preheat to 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 3β5 minutes.
- Air fry
- Transfer mixture to the air fryer basket or an air-fryer-safe pan.
- Spread evenly (donβt overcrowd; cook in batches if needed).
- Cook for 18β22 minutes, shaking or stirring every 6β7 minutes.
- Check doneness
- Chicken should reach 165Β°F (74Β°C) internally.
- Potatoes should be fork-tender and lightly crispy.
- Optional crisp finish
- Increase temperature to 400Β°F and cook an extra 2β3 minutes for extra browning.

- Crispier potatoes: Soak diced potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes, then dry well
