Air fryer Cheesecakes

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 16 ounces (2 cups) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
    • Line the bottom of your air fryer pan with parchment paper.
    • Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    • Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    • Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  3. Assemble and Cook:
    • Pour the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in the air fryer pan.
    • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
    • Place the cheesecake in the air fryer and cook at 320°F for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the center is slightly jiggly.
    • Turn off the air fryer and let the cheesecake sit in the turned-off but still warm air fryer for an additional 20-30 minutes to set.
  4. Chill and Serve:
    • Remove the cheesecake from the air fryer and let it cool to room temperature.
    • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 3-4 hours or overnight to allow it to set completely.
    • Serve your air fryer cheesecake with your favorite toppings, such as fresh berries, whipped cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Keep in mind that air fryer cooking times can vary based on the model and size of your air fryer, so you may need to adjust the cooking time slightly. Be sure to monitor the cheesecake as it cooks to avoid overcooking or burning….
