Air Fryer Breakfast Frittata

Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk (or cream for richness)
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup chopped spinach (optional)
- ¼ cup cooked crumbled sausage or chopped cooked bacon (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or a little oil

Equipment:
- 6-inch round cake pan, ramekins, or silicone baking dish that fits your air fryer
🔧 Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Prepare Pan: Lightly grease your pan or dish with cooking spray or oil.
- Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add Fillings: Stir in cheese, vegetables, and cooked meat (if using).
- Pour: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Cook: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed up and set in the center. A toothpick should come out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Let it rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing and serving.
