Air Fryer Breakfast Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk (or cream for richness)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach (optional)
  • ¼ cup cooked crumbled sausage or chopped cooked bacon (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or a little oil

Equipment:

  • 6-inch round cake pan, ramekins, or silicone baking dish that fits your air fryer

🔧 Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Prepare Pan: Lightly grease your pan or dish with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add Fillings: Stir in cheese, vegetables, and cooked meat (if using).
  5. Pour: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Cook: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed up and set in the center. A toothpick should come out clean.
  7. Cool & Serve: Let it rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing and serving.
