EQUIPMENT

  • Air Fryer

MATERIALS

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3-5 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 slices Toasts

Optional Toppings:

  • Ice cream
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Powder Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a container (that can be air-fried), mix eggs, milk, and 3 tablespoons of sugar until thoroughly combined. You can lower the amount of sugar depending on your personal preference.
  • Rip the toast into 1.5-inch pieces and add it to the container, making sure that every part of the toast is soaked in the egg mixture.
  • Finish off by sprinkling sugar on top, around 1-2 tablespoons, which will help form a crispy top.
  • Air fry at 350F for 15 minutes
  • Serve with ice cream and a drizzle of honey.
