Air Fryer Bangers
Ingredients:
- 6 pork sausages (or your favorite variety)
- Olive oil spray (optional)
- Fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Set your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) and let it preheat for about 3 minutes.
- Prepare the Sausages:
- Lightly spray the sausages with olive oil if you want a crispier finish. This step is optional.
- If using fresh herbs, you can place a few sprigs in the air fryer basket for added aroma and flavor.
- Cook the Sausages:
- Place the sausages in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they have some space around them for air circulation.
- Cook at 360°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- The sausages should be golden brown on the outside and fully cooked on the inside. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
- Rest and Serve:
- Once cooked, remove the sausages from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, or your favorite sides.
