1. Make the dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and Greek yogurt.
- Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough 3β4 minutes until smooth.
2. Shape the bagels
- Divide dough into 2β4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center with your finger and gently stretch to form a bagel shape.
3. Optional egg wash
- Beat the egg and brush over the bagels.
- Sprinkle toppings if desired.
4. Preheat air fryer
- Set to 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 3β5 minutes.
5. Air fry bagels
- Place bagels in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook 10β12 minutes, flipping halfway if needed, until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Cool & serve
- Let bagels cool slightly before slicing.
