Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half lengthwise to make 4 pieces)
- 8 slices of bacon (thin cut works best for crispiness)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (optional, depending on bacon saltiness)
- Optional: 2 tbsp brown sugar (for a sweet glaze)

Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken:
- Pat chicken dry and season all sides with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, pepper, and salt (and brown sugar if using).
- Wrap with Bacon:
- Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken piece, overlapping slightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Air Fry:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place bacon-wrapped chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket (not overlapping).
- Air fry at 375°F for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crispy and chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Serve:
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks carefully.
