Air Fryer Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:
- 1 rack of baby back ribs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ribs:
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs (if not already done).
- Season both sides of the ribs generously with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Cook the Ribs:
- Cut the rack of ribs in half so they fit better in the air fryer basket.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, meaty side up.
- Air Fry:
- Cook the ribs at 300°F (150°C) for 30 minutes.
- Apply BBQ Sauce:
- After 30 minutes, carefully remove the ribs from the air fryer.
- Brush the ribs generously with BBQ sauce on both sides.
- Continue Cooking:
- Return the ribs to the air fryer basket, meaty side up.
- Cook at 300°F (150°C) for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the ribs are nicely caramelized and tender.
- Serve:
- Once done, remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Cut between the bones and serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
