Air Fryer Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 1 rack of baby back ribs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ribs:
    • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs (if not already done).
    • Season both sides of the ribs generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  3. Cook the Ribs:
    • Cut the rack of ribs in half so they fit better in the air fryer basket.
    • Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, meaty side up.
  4. Air Fry:
    • Cook the ribs at 300°F (150°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Apply BBQ Sauce:
    • After 30 minutes, carefully remove the ribs from the air fryer.
    • Brush the ribs generously with BBQ sauce on both sides.
  6. Continue Cooking:
    • Return the ribs to the air fryer basket, meaty side up.
    • Cook at 300°F (150°C) for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the ribs are nicely caramelized and tender.
  7. Serve:
    • Once done, remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
    • Cut between the bones and serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
