Air Fryer Apple Crumble

Ingredients:
For the Filling:
- 3 medium apples (Granny Smith or your favorite variety), peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
For the Crumble Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small cubes
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Prepare the Apples:
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
- Make the Crumble Topping:
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the butter cubes and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Assemble the Crumble:
- Lightly grease a small, air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in the dish.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples.
- Cook in the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
- Serve:
- Let the crumble cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
