✔ For the creamy sauce:
3 eggs
150 ml milk
100 g grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
½ red bell pepper (finely chopped)
½ green bell pepper (finely chopped)
2 spring onions (chopped)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Directions
Knead well and form medium sized meatballs.
