BROWN SUGAR AND BACON BAKED BEANS!!!
Brown Sugar and Bacon Baked Beans (Weight Watchers Friendly)

Ingredients:
- 6 slices of turkey bacon (or center-cut bacon for lower points)
- 2 cans (16 ounces each) reduced-sugar baked beans
- 1 onion, diced
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- ¾ cup unsweetened ketchup
- 1 cup packed brown sugar substitute (like Swerve or a stevia blend)
- 1 Granny Smith apple – peeled, cored, and diced
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet or in the microwave until it’s slightly crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- In a 9-inch square baking dish, combine the reduced-sugar baked beans, diced onion, yellow mustard, unsweetened ketchup, brown sugar substitute, and diced apple. Stir well to combine.
- Garnish the top with slices of turkey bacon.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the turkey bacon is crispy, and the beans are bubbly.
