🥣 Ingredients (Makes 8 patties)
- 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (low-moisture)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional, extra fiber)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley or green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

- Mix ingredients:
In a bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, egg, almond flour, flaxseed, herbs, garlic, and seasonings.
- Form patties:
Shape into 8 equal patties (about ½ inch thick).
- Cook:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest 3 minutes before serving (helps retain juices).
