Fresh Homemade Diabetic-Friendly Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 1 small jalapeño (seeded if you prefer mild)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Let sit 20–30 minutes in the fridge for best flavor.
