Method 

How to Make Coffee Chia Seed Pudding

  1. Measure 6 tablespoons of chia seeds and place them in a bowl or jar.
  2. Cool 1 cup of brewed coffee completely before using it.
  3. Combine the cooled coffee with the chia seeds in the bowl.
  4. Add 1 cup of your chosen plant-based milk to the mixture.
  5. Incorporate 2 tablespoons of sweetener into the mixture.
  6. Pour 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract into the bowl.
  7. Stir everything together until well combined.
  8. Let sit for a few minutes.
  9. Stir again to avoid clumping.
  10. Cover the container and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
