3-Ingredient Flour-Free Diabetic Bread
π Ingredients (1 small loaf)
- 1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter, no sugar added)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
Optional (for better flavor):
- Pinch of salt
- Β½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar-free sweetener

- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a small loaf pan (8×4 works well).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in baking powder (and optional ingredients).
- Pour into pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 25β30 minutes, until center is set.
- Cool completely before slicing.
