Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
In a microwave-safe mug, stir protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. - Add wet ingredients
Stir in egg, milk, Greek yogurt, and sweetener. Mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using. - Microwave
Microwave on high for 60β90 seconds (start with 60; add more time in 10-second increments).
The center should look set but still soft. - Rest
Let sit 1 minute β it continues cooking slightly.
