- 2 ripe bananas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and then add cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding spices like cinnamon or nutmeg.
- If using frozen blueberries, do not thaw them before adding to the batter.
