Juice of 2 lemons (about ยผ cup)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Light Whip (for extra fluff)

ยฝ cup whipped cream (or whipped coconut cream for dairy-free)

Garnish

Lemon zest

Fresh berries or mint

Blend the creamy base
In a blender, combine:

Honey

Lemon zest + juice

Vanilla
