1οΈβ£ Prep the Chicken
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
π Optional: Marinate for 30 minutes to 8 hours in the fridge for extra flavor.

Thread chicken evenly onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces for even cooking.
3οΈβ£ Grill
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400β425Β°F / 205β220Β°C).
Lightly oil grill grates.
Grill skewers for 10β12 minutes, turning every 2β3 minutes, until chicken is golden and internal temp hits 165Β°F / 74Β°C.

While chicken grills, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
In the last 1β2 minutes of grilling, brush skewers generously with garlic butter.
Remove from grill and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan so it melts beautifully.
