Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
Salt & pepper (counted as 1 ingredient together)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray or oil spray
Instructions
Cook beef
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
Fill egg rolls
Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape.
Add 2β3 tablespoons cooked beef to the center.
Top with shredded cheese.
Roll
Fold bottom corner over filling.
Fold in sides tightly.
Roll up snugly and seal edge with a little water.
Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 380Β°F (193Β°C).
Lightly spray egg rolls with cooking spray.
Place in basket seam-side down.
Cook 8β10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot
Let rest 1β2 minutes before serving.
