Ingredients

Tapioca Pearls (Jelly)

Β½ cup small tapioca pearls

2 cups water

1–2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)

Fruity Drink Base

1Β½ cups milk of choice (cow, almond, soy, or oat)

1 scoop (25–30 g) vanilla or unflavored protein powder

Β½ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

1–2 tsp honey or sweetener

Β½ tsp vanilla extract

Fruits & Flavor

Β½ cup diced fresh fruits (mango, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries)

Optional: fruit puree or juice for extra flavor/color

Instructions

Cook Tapioca Pearls

Bring 2 cups water to boil.

Add tapioca pearls, stir gently, boil 10–15 minutes until translucent.

Turn off heat, cover, let sit 5 minutes.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Toss with 1–2 tsp sugar or honey if desired.

Prepare Drink Base

In a blender, combine milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla.

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Optional: add Β½ cup of fruit for fruity protein flavor.

Assemble Drinks

Divide tapioca pearls into glasses (¼–⅓ cup per glass).

Pour protein drink over pearls.

Top with fresh fruit or fruit puree.

Serve with a wide straw or spoon.
