  • 4 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12–16 pepperoni slices
  • 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce (optional for dipping or inside)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Cooking spray or 1 tsp olive oil

1. Prep the tortillas

  • Lightly spray or brush tortillas with olive oil.
  • Fold them in half to form taco shells.

2. Fill the tacos
